We ship goods throughout Estonia according to the transport option you choose.
The shipping costs are borne by the buyer if the purchase amount is below 60 euros.
Depending on the chosen delivery method and location, the delivery time may take up to 7 working days.
In exceptional cases, the actual delivery time may be longer if the goods are out of stock. In such cases, we will inform you by phone or email, and the goods will be delivered as agreed with the buyer.
If we are unable to deliver the ordered goods due to stock depletion or for any other reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund the paid amount (including delivery costs) without delay, but no later than 14 days from the date of notification.
By agreement, we also send goods via courier. Delivery by courier is subject to the terms and conditions set by the courier service provider.
Neither we nor the courier company are liable for any delays in delivery or misunderstandings if such delays or misunderstandings arise due to inaccuracies or errors in the information you provided when placing the order.
When delivering to a parcel locker, you will be notified by the postal service via an SMS that includes a unique access code needed to open the parcel locker.
All goods can also be picked up at the ThermShop office.
We are not liable for any damages incurred if third parties obtain the unique code for the parcel locker from us or for reasons not attributable to us and subsequently retrieve the goods based on that code.

In accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, the sale of thermal imaging scopes is subject to the conditions set by law. To purchase a thermal imaging scope, you must have a firearm license issued for hunting purposes, which includes a rifle registered for hunting. The goods will only be handed over to the person who is a party to the contract.

You can select the delivery method in the shopping cart. You can order goods to parcel lockers or pick them up yourself at our office.

Yes, we will send an invoice for the ordered goods to you via email.

If the item is in stock, orders placed before 3:00 PM will be shipped the same day. Depending on the delivery method and location, the delivery time may take up to 7 business days. However, we generally do our best to deliver the item to you as quickly as possible. If the item is out of stock or the delivery time exceeds 7 business days, we will definitely contact you.

Yes, it is possible, but in that case, please contact us directly to purchase the goods; do not make the purchase through the online store.

No. A thermal imaging sight is considered a night vision device under the Weapons Act (Weapons Act § 201, paragraph 1, paragraph 5), and the right to purchase it is granted by a hunting license issued for hunting purposes, which is registered for a hunting rifle.

Anyone is permitted to purchase and own a thermal monocular.

The transfer of thermal imaging scopes is carried out in accordance with the applicable regulations.

Yes, of course, it’s possible to test devices in a natural outdoor setting with a ThermShop representative in the evening or, by arrangement, even at night.

Thermal observation devices detect objects by sensing the thermal radiation emitted from them and do not require additional light to deliver a quality image, whereas night vision devices require additional lighting.

Yes, it is, but you’ll need to purchase a special adapter, which can be easily attached to the device with one click.

Yes, ThermShop offers a wide range of various adapters for clip-on scopes, optical rings, and mounting rails for scopes, etc.

Yes, the ThermShop team is always ready to advise and assist in choosing the right device. We provide consultation via phone and email, and you’re always welcome to visit our office for in-person consultation.

At ThermShop, all device manuals are translated into Estonian (in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act § 6, sections 2, 3, and 4). After making the purchase, we will send you the invoice and the user manual in Estonian via email.
