Vidar 360 2.0
The ThermTec Vidar 360 version 2.0 is compact and equipped with advanced features. Its 384×288 12 µm sensor (NETD ≤20 mK) provides users with an exceptionally clear and high-quality image. A 50 Hz refresh rate and 1024×768 resolution AMOLED display ensure smooth, uninterrupted image transmission. The device can detect a human-sized object (1.8×0.5m) from a distance of up to 1000 or 3000 meters, depending on the selected lens size (20mm/60mm). The ThermTec Vidar 360 2.0 features a dual-lens system (DUAL FOV 20mm/60mm), allowing users to switch between different fields of view. With 6 interchangeable color palettes, 5 saveable ballistic profiles, a picture-in-picture function, 7 reticle options, replaceable batteries, audio recording, manual/automatic reticle zeroing, a built-in AI-powered rangefinder, and 64GB of internal storage, the ThermTec Vidar 360 2.0 makes an ideal companion.
Enhanced Focus Convenience
The previously located focus ring behind the device’s lens is a thing of the past. The new focus button is positioned on top of the device. This redesign of the focus adjustment enhances user comfort, allowing for easier focus regulation while ensuring stability during aiming.
Swift 3s Startup
The device powers on extremely quickly—in just 3 seconds. This allows the user to start aiming at the target within a very short period of time.
Automatic object detection (tracking mode)
In automatic object detection mode, the device begins searching for the objects with the highest temperatures. When connected to the mobile app, it is possible to receive notifications.
Choices of colour palettes
For a pleasant visual thermal imaging experience, the device offers six different color options that can be selected based on the environment and weather conditions. This feature simplifies the user’s ability to monitor their field of view, allowing for optimization of the device for specific tasks and adaptation to changing observation conditions.

The ThermTec Vidar 360 2.0 can detect a human-sized object (1.8×0.5m) from up to 3000 meters away. With a 20mm lens, the detection range is up to 1000 meters, while using a 60mm lens extends the range to up to 3000 meters.

The built-in algorithm distance measurer
The ThermTec Vidar 360 2.0 is equipped with an AI-based rangefinder. When activated, the rangefinder detects the distance to objects and displays these distances directly over the objects.
AI Calibration Enhanced Image Stability
The Thermtec Vidar 2.0 is equipped with AI technology and self-learning capabilities. With each use, the device collects environmental data. Combined with AI technology and advanced image correction algorithms, it enhances the image quality on its own. The more you use it, the better it gets!
Silent Lens Cover
There are moments when even the slightest sound can be crucial. The lens cover of the Thermtec Vidar 2.0 can be easily adjusted to different positions. Importantly, this can be done silently, ensuring that no noise is produced. The cover can be pushed back against the device to avoid obstructing the field of view.
Picture-in-picture function (PiP)
In picture-in-picture mode, the observed object can be viewed at an enlarged scale. This is displayed in a small area at the top of the screen, allowing the main field of view to remain unobstructed by the two simultaneously displayed images.
Storage and connections
Taking videos and photos has never been easier. With a simple press of a button, you can capture your thermal image as a photo or video. There is also the option to conveniently share saved videos and photos, as well as real-time image transmission, through the “Thermtec Outdoor” mobile app. The device’s 64 GB internal memory allows for hours of video and thousands of images to be stored. The mobile app also makes it very easy to perform software updates on the device. It supports bidirectional Wi-Fi and hotspot connectivity.
Dual FOV
The ThermTec Vidar 360 2.0 is equipped with dual lenses (20 mm and 60 mm), allowing users to select different fields of view. The 20 mm lens provides a wider view, while the 60 mm lens offers a narrower, more focused view.
High IP67 protection
The ThermTec Vidar 335 LRF 2.0 has an IP67 protection rating, meaning it is completely dustproof. Its casing is waterproof at depths of up to 1 meter for up to 30 minutes and is drop-resistant from heights of up to 1 meter.
