ARES 360 LRF 2.0
The ThermTec Ares 360 LRF version 2.0 is a classic thermal imaging sihgt that is even more powerful and equipped with numerous advanced features. Its 384×288 12 µm (NETD ≤20 mK) sensor provides users with an exceptionally clear and high-quality image. With a frame rate of 50 Hz and a 1024×768 resolution AMOLED display, it ensures smooth and uninterrupted image transmission. The device can detect a human-sized object (1.8×0.5 m) from distances of up to 1000/3000 meters, depending on the selected lens size (20mm/60mm).
The Thermtec Ares 360 LRF 2.0 features a dual lens system (DUAL FOV 20mm/60mm) that allows users to switch between different fields of view. The enhanced rangefinder can measure distances to objects up to 1000 meters away. Additional features include six interchangeable color palettes, five savable ballistic profiles, a picture-in-picture function, seven reticle options, a built-in battery combined with replaceable batteries, sound recording, manual/automatic sight calibration, and 64GB of internal memory. These features make the Thermtec Ares 360 LRF 2.0 an ideal companion.
Enhanced Focus Convenience
The focus ring, which used to be behind the lens, is a thing of the past. The new focus button is located on top of the device. The redesign of the focus control enhances the user experience, allowing more comfortable focus adjustment while ensuring stability when aiming.
Swift 3s Startup
The device powers on extremely quickly—in just 3 seconds. This allows the user to start aiming at the target in a very short amount of time.
Automatic object detection (tracking mode)
In automatic object detection mode (tracking mode), the device will start looking for objects with the highest temperature. Notifications can be received when connected to a mobile app.
Choices of colour palettes
For a pleasurable visual thermal image experience, six different colour options can be used to suit the environment and weather conditions. This feature makes it easier for the user to monitor their field of view, allowing them to optimise the device for a specific task as well as respond to changing viewing conditions.

The Thermtec Ares 360 LRF 2.0 can detect a human-sized object (1.8×0.5 m) from up to 3000 meters away. When using a 20 mm lens, the detection range is up to 1000 meters, while with a 60 mm lens, the detection range extends to 3000 meters.

Silent Lens Cover
Silent precision at its finest! The new silent lens cover with adjustable positioning fits perfectly against the body at its maximum angle, eliminating issues with rebound, noise, breakage, and obstructed view.
Picture-in-picture function (PiP)
In the picture-in-picture function, it is possible to see the object being viewed enlarged. It is displayed in a small area at the top of the image, so the field of view is not disturbed by two images being displayed at the same time.
Storage and connections
Capturing videos and photos has never been easier. With a simple press of a button, you can save your thermal image as a photo or video. Additionally, you can conveniently share recorded videos, photos, and real-time image transmissions with others through the “ThermTec Outdoor” mobile app. The device features a 64 GB internal memory, allowing you to store hours of video and thousands of images. The mobile app also makes it easy to perform software updates on the device. It supports bidirectional Wi-Fi and hotspot connectivity.
Double lenses (DUAL FOV)
The Thermtec Ares 360 LRF 2.0 is equipped with dual lenses (20 mm and 60 mm), allowing users to choose between different fields of view. The 20 mm lens provides a wider view, while the 60 mm lens offers a narrower field of view.
High IP67 protection
The ThermTec Ares 360 LRF 2.0 meets the IP67 protection rating, which means it has the highest dust resistance. The product casing is waterproof up to 1 meter in depth (for up to 30 minutes) and is drop-resistant from a height of 1 meter.
